Windows 10 April 2018 Update now available
Microsoft has finally released the Windows 10 April 2018 Update.
If your Settings app is not showing any signs of Update download then follow these steps to download the Update manually
How to Manually Download the Windows 10 April 2018 Update
Step 1: Visit the Microsoft’s Official Software Download Platform webpage by clicking on the following official link:
Step 2: Click on the Update now button to download the Windows 10 April 2018 Update Installer program. The file is called Windows10Upgrade9252.exe.
Step 3: Open the downloaded file by double-clicking on it. It will start the Windows 10 Update Assistant program.
Step 4: Click the Update Now button in the program to start the Update process.
Step 5: The Windows 10 Update Assistant program checks for the Hardware Requirements. Click Next.
Step 6: Windows Update is downloading now. You can click the Minimize button to download the update in the background. Once the update is downloaded; Windows will notify you.
Step 7: After downloading the Update, Windows will start Updating your system.
Step 8: When the download has completed, Windows will ask you to Restart your computer, Click the Restart now button to Restart your computer to proceed with the Update.
Step 9: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Windows 10 April 2018 Update.
Step 10: If the Update is installed successfully then you’ll be seeing this message. Press the Exit button to close the Windows 10 Update Assistant program.
